Microwave Substrate Integrated Waveguide Power Amplifier using Complementary Split Ring Resonators for X-band Radio-Relay Systems

This paper presents a design of microwave substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) power amplifier (PA) by using Complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) in matching circuit. The designed PA operates at 10 GHz and exhibits good performance. It delivers output power Pout of 35.5 dBm at a maximum power added efficiency (PAE) of 39.6% and a largesignal power gain of 10.4 dB. The SIW PA is designed using Keysight ADS simulator.

This paper presents a design of a compact, lowloss and high passband ratio substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) triplexer based on the Complementary Split Ring Resonator (CSRR) structure. The proposed triplexer operates at three passbands of 6 GHz, 8 GHz and 10 GHz that correspond to the passband ratios of 1.33 and 1.67.
